WEDNESDAY         chopped sirloin with red wine sauce, oven              5-7 pm                  roasted potatoes, corn and a roll

THURSDAY              roast chicken with gravy, garlic mashers, mixed    5-7 pm                 veggies and a roll
          
FRIDAY                    spinach stuffed Tilapia with lemon dill sauce,         5-7 pm                 rice pilaf, fresh carrots and roll 

SATURDAY            baked meat lasagna with salad and garlic bread
  5-7 pm
SUNDAY                   chicken marsala with mushroom marsala wine     12-2 pm                 sauce, egg noodles, green beans and roll.
