2009 SILENT AUCTION FORMATION

Dear Parents:  It is time once again to prepare for the Silent Auction that is part of our upcoming school fair.  The auction will once again feature a variety of themed baskets contributed by our families.  Please see the attached list to find the theme for your child's class.  We have several fun new themes this year, as well as some old favorites.

Donated items should be new and in the original packaging.  Items can be sent in with your child until October 8.  As always, participation is completely voluntary. 

We are also forming a committee to work on the Silent Auction.  Duties will include taking an inventory of items, assembling baskets, and running the auction.  If you would like to join the auction committee, please contact Sandy McAmis at 632-5867.
